Isn’t it strange, to be so shocked by actual efficient, friendly and delightful customer service? To have a global electronics company say, “well, hell, we’re sorry about this, how about we sort this out quickly and cheaply for you instead of humping you right in the eyesockets and stealing your wallet?

About

Hello. Welcome to my corner of the interwebs.

For those of you who are curious, I currently live in Southern California with my wife, two dogs and three(!) cats.

I used to engineer records (of the audio variety), but one day I woke up and realized two things:

1. I married my wife because she's rad, and I'd like to actually spend time with her.

2. I found it extremely depressing and unsatisfying to imagine reaching 65 years of age, looking back on my life, and realizing that I had spent most of it locked in windowless rooms with a bunch of dudes, recording mostly mediocre music.

So, now I build websites. Or that's the idea anyway, as I'm really just getting started.
