This was my second visit to Dublin and the second time I’ve spent my last night there in O’Donoghue’s. I generally have little use for traditions, but this is one I think I can get behind.

Hello. Welcome to my corner of the interwebs.

For those of you who are curious, I currently live in Southern California with my wife, two dogs and three(!) cats.

I used to engineer records (of the audio variety), but one day I woke up and realized two things:

1. I married my wife because she's rad, and I'd like to actually spend time with her.

2. I found it extremely depressing and unsatisfying to imagine reaching 65 years of age, looking back on my life, and realizing that I had spent most of it locked in windowless rooms with a bunch of dudes, recording mostly mediocre music.

So, now I build websites. Or that's the idea anyway, as I'm really just getting started.
