…any legislative moves with this Democratic party and this Republican party are close to hopeless. The Democrats are a clapped out, gut-free lobbyist machine. The Republicans are insane. The system is therefore paralyzed beyond repair.

I’m not sure I understand the point of this. It’s too large to fit in one’s pocket, but too small to offer a truly enjoyable computing/surfing experience. In other words, I don’t foresee a significant enough improvement in the user-experience to offset the decrease in portability.

Interesting, but we don’t need a scientific experiment to tell us that people don’t pay any attention to what’s going on around them. Walking through any semi-crowded area will make that abundantly clear. I’d be more interested in knowing why people are so oblivious.
